Booking links

Short links, and how to prefill the length, the place and the guest's details when you send one.

Every booking link can carry what you already know about the meeting, so the guest lands on the right length and place with their details filled in. Everything a link prefills stays editable, and a value the event does not offer is ignored rather than shown as an error.

first_name, last_nameTheir first and last name, each in its own field. firstname and lastname work too.?first_name=Ana&last_name=Lopez

emailTheir email.?email=ana@example.com
guestsPeople to invite along, on an event that allows guests. Commas between addresses.?guests=a@x.com,b@y.com
<question id>The answer to one of the event's questions (see below).?phone=%2B17867080880

Question ids

A question's id is its label in lowercase, with anything that is not a letter or a number turned into a hyphen: Phone is phone, Property address is property-address, Project type is project-type. The built-in "What would you like to discuss?" is agenda. A dropdown takes one of its choices, spelled exactly as listed.

Phone numbers

Write the plus sign as %2B, since a bare + in a link reads as a space: ?phone=%2B17867080880 opens on United States +1 with 786 708 0880. A number without a country code (?phone=7867080880) keeps the form's default country.

Putting it together

Parameters join with &, and spaces are written %20:

https://meet.agd.homes/matias?duration=60&location=phone&first_name=Ana&last_name=Lopez&email=ana@example.com&phone=%2B17867080880&project-type=New%20home

Building links in a sheet or in n8n: encode each value (Google Sheets ENCODEURL(), or n8n's encodeURIComponent()) so spaces, plus signs and ampersands arrive intact.
